rbaazi Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all use of the rbaazi website, mobile application, and any associated services operated under the domain rbaazi.net ("the Platform"). By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the rbaazi service, you ("the User", "you") unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Your continued use of rbaazi following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. rbaazi strongly recommends that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms are supplemented by the rbaazi Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotion terms published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict, these Terms take precedence unless a specific policy document expressly states otherwise.

The rbaazi Platform is strictly available to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an active account.
• You are using the Platform voluntarily and for your own personal entertainment purposes.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party in placing bets, depositing funds, or operating your account.
• You are not a current employee, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of rbaazi or any of its affiliated service providers.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the rbaazi Platform or had your account closed for breach of these Terms.

rbaazi enforces the minimum age requirement rigorously. Age verification documentation may be requested at any point during the lifecycle of your account. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds returned to the originating payment method, and any winnings accrued during the period of underage use will be forfeited. rbaazi reserves the right to report underage gambling incidents to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

Each person may hold only one rbaazi account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited regardless of the payment method, device, email address, or phone number used. If rbaazi identifies duplicate accounts held by the same individual, all accounts other than the first registered account may be closed, balances may be forfeited, and pending withdrawals may be cancelled.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You must notify rbaazi promptly of any changes to this information by contacting customer support.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password. rbaazi strongly recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or application.
• Enable two-factor authentication from your account security settings.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Contact rbaazi support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

rbaazi accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the User has failed to maintain adequate security of their login credentials. Any activity conducted from your account while your credentials are active will be treated as activity authorised by you unless you have reported a security breach prior to such activity occurring.

rbaazi reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point, including but not limited to: a government-issued national identity card, passport, or driving licence; proof of address dated within the last three months; and proof of ownership of any payment method used to deposit funds. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by rbaazi may result in account suspension and withdrawal processing delays.

All financial transactions on the rbaazi Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). rbaazi does not apply currency conversion charges on deposits or withdrawals made through supported BDT payment methods.

Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at rbaazi's discretion with reasonable notice to Users.

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed within your rbaazi account dashboard at the time of deposit.
• Deposits are credited to your rbaazi balance upon confirmation of receipt from the relevant payment provider. Processing times vary by provider but are typically completed within 60 seconds for mobile wallet transactions.
• rbaazi reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from a payment method registered in the account holder's name.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into your rbaazi account, or to a verified payment method registered in your name upon completion of the identity verification process.
• A minimum wagering activity requirement may apply before a withdrawal can be processed. The applicable requirement is displayed within your account dashboard.
• Withdrawals submitted before the daily processing cut-off time are ordinarily processed on the same business day. Processing times for bank transfers may be longer than mobile wallet withdrawals.
• rbaazi does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which rbaazi accepts no responsibility.
• rbaazi reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks before processing any withdrawal. This may require additional documentation and may extend the processing timeline.

All bets placed on the rbaazi Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, and event type. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that market.

• Bet acceptance: rbaazi reserves the right to accept, decline, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without providing a reason. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit bet confirmation reference from the Platform.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Stake limits apply per bet and per event. Current limits are displayed at the point of bet placement. rbaazi reserves the right to impose personalised stake limits on individual accounts without prior notice.
• Odds changes: Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. rbaazi displays real-time odds but accepts no liability for any delay between the displayed odds and the odds at the moment of bet confirmation.
• Live / in-play betting: Bets placed on live markets are subject to a brief acceptance delay to allow for odds recalculation. During this period, the odds may change. If the odds change beyond a defined threshold, rbaazi may offer the revised odds or void the bet request.
• Void bets: A bet may be declared void if the underlying event is abandoned, postponed beyond a defined period, or if the bet was accepted in error due to a pricing fault. Voided bet stakes are returned to the account balance.
• Manifest errors: If rbaazi accepts a bet at odds that are materially incorrect due to a technical error or human error ("palpable error"), rbaazi reserves the right to void that bet regardless of whether the event has already concluded.
• Match fixing: Any bet suspected of being placed in connection with match fixing, spot fixing, or any corrupt activity will be voided, the account will be suspended, and the matter may be reported to the relevant sporting authority.

The rbaazi casino and slots sections offer games provided by third-party software providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. rbaazi acts as the operator of these games on the Platform but is not responsible for the underlying game software, which is owned and certified by the respective providers.

• All casino games on the rbaazi Platform use certified random number generator (RNG) technology. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and provided by the game developers.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical fault, rbaazi will use its best efforts to reconstruct the game state from server-side logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, affected game rounds may be voided and stakes returned.

In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that promotion only.

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in the relevant promotion terms at the time the bonus is offered.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible accounts only. rbaazi reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to exclude any account from any promotion without providing a reason.
• One bonus per household: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, promotional offers are limited to one per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited.
• Abuse: rbaazi monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting using bonus funds, placing opposing bets across multiple accounts, and exploiting technical errors to generate bonus credits. Any account found to be abusing the bonus system may have its bonuses cancelled, winnings forfeited, and account suspended.
• Withdrawal of bonus funds: Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly. Only the cash equivalent of winnings generated after satisfying the full wagering requirement is available for withdrawal, subject to applicable withdrawal limits.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rbaazi Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or under a false identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using funds derived from criminal activity to deposit on the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, vulnerabilities, or mathematical errors in any game or betting market.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform without explicit written authorisation from rbaazi.
• Colluding with other players in any casino game, particularly live poker or live game shows, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of match fixing, spot fixing, or insider betting based on non-public information about the outcome of a sporting event.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the rbaazi Platform, software, or content.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing rbaazi staff, agents, or other users through any channel.
• Allowing any third party to operate your account or placing bets on behalf of another person.

All content on the rbaazi Platform — including but not limited to the rbaazi brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, software, text, graphics, images, and data feeds — is the exclusive property of rbaazi or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any part of the Platform's content without express written permission from rbaazi.
• Use the rbaazi brand name, logo, or any associated trademark in any way that implies affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship without written authorisation.
• Frame or embed the Platform within any third-party website or application without written permission.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Platform for any commercial or non-commercial purpose.

rbaazi collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

rbaazi uses your data to verify your identity, process transactions, prevent fraud, personalise your experience, and fulfil applicable legal obligations. rbaazi does not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required.

All data transmission between your device and the rbaazi Platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. rbaazi stores account data on secured servers and applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rbaazi's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

rbaazi shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings.
• Loss of data or information stored in your account.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, network outages, or third-party service failures.
• Errors in odds, results, or game outcomes caused by data feed providers, sports governing bodies, or third-party software providers.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. rbaazi makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or its content.

You may close your rbaazi account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, rbaazi will process any pending withdrawal of your available balance to your verified payment method and close the account.

rbaazi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion in the following circumstances, without prior notice:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or any other criminal activity.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documentation when requested.
• Use of the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.
• At the request of a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

Where an account is closed by rbaazi due to a breach of these Terms, rbaazi reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. Where funds are determined to be proceeds of prohibited conduct, they may be forfeited in their entirety.

rbaazi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to the Terms, rbaazi will provide reasonable notice to registered account holders via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the change taking effect.

Non-material changes — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, and additions of new game categories that follow existing rules — may take effect immediately without prior notice.

Your continued use of the rbaazi Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must close your account before the amendment's effective date. The current version of these Terms is always accessible via the footer link on every page of the Platform.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. rbaazi operates the Platform for users in Bangladesh and applies standards consistent with international online gaming best practices, including fair play certification and SSL-secured data transmission.

In the event of a dispute between you and rbaazi arising from your use of the Platform, you should first contact rbaazi's customer support team at [email protected] and allow a reasonable period for the matter to be investigated and resolved informally. rbaazi aims to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal proceedings. rbaazi's decision on all betting and gaming disputes, once all relevant evidence has been reviewed, is final and binding to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
